Current marketplace practices
Document replacements create new private records rather than overwriting earlier evidence. Review uses current evidence after rejection. Shop expiry hides listings but is not document or account deletion. Retention and deletion policies must be published separately.
Marketplace audit records
Account administration, seller approval and shop renewal audits are retained for seven calendar years. Administrators cannot change or delete this history. Records older than seven years are purged daily, and monthly audit reports can be downloaded by administrators. This schedule does not apply to identity documents or account data.
